Since starting her real estate career in 2019, Sally has sold over $125 million in Napa Valley real estate, placing her in the top 1.5% of realtors nationwide (Real Trends, 2022–2026) and among the top ten producers in the valley. Clients and colleagues describe her superpower as relationship building — genuine connections, optimism, and unfailing sincerity. Her professional background includes a degree in Marketing and a standout sales career at Abbott/AbbVie, a Fortune 100 company, where she was a manager and a President's Club sales award winner. After focusing on family — sending two sons to Penn/Wharton and Cornell — she channeled her passion for sales and connecting people into real estate.

Sally is an active part of the Napa community as a volunteer, coach, room mom, scout leader, and 4-H mentor. Her charitable work includes designing and fundraising for Crane Park in St. Helena, supporting recovery efforts after the Napa fires, and involvement with Waggin Trails Dog Rescue. Known for her signature realtor gift — a collapsible dog bowl — she pairs her passion for service with long walks on the Napa Vine Trail.
