• Oh my gosh if we could give Sally 10 out of 5 stars we would. Without sounding overly dramatic, she was literally a gift from God. Her commitment to her career, her kindness, and her genuine concern was beyond belief. Not only this, but she is extremely well-connected in the community and therefore has tremendous resources.. Her guidance was amazing, her staying on top of things, Her calling and checking in on us. I could go on and on. There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful she is not only professionally but personally. We not only found a wonderful realtor, but we also gained an amazing friend. Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to use this lovely woman as a resource.

She was able to negotiate a significant decrease in the purchasing price and helped us traverse the ensuing pile of paperwork from our purchase. She really cared about us as clients and has helped us procure some much needed local help for our planned remodeling. Through this process, she was much more than an outstanding agent. She also became a friend.

• Excellent. I have worked with several realtors over the years, all great, but Sally Vaziri is exceptional. She not only has a good understanding of the local real estate market and current style trends, she has very valuable connections with reasonable and skilled tradespeople, design consultants, and staging professionals. There were some additional rules that apply to sale of real estate that is held in a trust. Sally helped me negotiate the process smoothly and with seasoned expertise. Not only was she responsive to my requests for information, she was proactive in keeping me informed regarding any decisions that had to be made, and in a timely manner. And when a potential buyer requested a contingency, Sally was able to renegotiate a price that was above asking. What more could I have needed from a realtor? I and the other beneficiaries of my father's trust couldn't be more pleased. I rarely write reviews but had to make an exception in this case. Thanks Sally!

She knew everything about the neighborhood we wanted to be in - Sally assisted and guided us in making the right decisions along the way and ultimately making our dream purchase happen. We truly could not have done it without her. Additionally, we really appreciated Sally's service after the sale - we could not be at the house for some of our deliveries and installs, and Sally volunteered to help with that as well as getting all of our services lined up. She took the 'pains' out of the things you have to deal with during and after the purchase. And by the way - all of this with a 7-day escrow that closed on time!!! We couldn't have asked for more. • When we decided to sell our home, we interviewed multiple realtors. Sally rose to the top of our list after meeting with us on short notice but being fully prepared to discuss comps and make a presentation. She is a genuinely nice, honest, hardworking person who is a true professional and knows the area well. She helped us each step of the way, from getting the home ready to list, including being there to meet and supervise people who came to work on the home, printing out marketing materials, hiring a great stager and photographer, holding the open houses and handling every aspect of the sale transaction as needed with the help of a transaction coordinator who was excellent as well. Sally went above and beyond all expectations. Sally is an exceptional realtor and a wonderful person to have on your team.
